Charlie Duke was the Lunar Module Pilot of the Apollo 16 Lunar Landing Module. The Apollo 16 crew accomplished the fifth manned moon landing of the Apollo Program on April 20, 1972. Charlie Duke became only the tenth human to set foot on the surface of the moon.
