you must register in order to buy or sell at this auction. Once you have read and agreed to

Eligibility.
Our services are available only to
individuals who can form legally binding contracts under
applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are
not available to minors
under 18 years of age. If you do not qualify, please do not
use our services.
Persons registering agree to provide accurate personal
information. Anyone providing erroneous information will be removed from the database.
The intentional use of this service for fraudulent purposes can result in prosecution to
the fullest extent of the law.
Flagrant acts of dishonesty will result in being barred from
future use of this service.
Privacy: Your personal information will not be sold or divulged to any interested party for
marketing purposes. Only Seven Seas History Auction will be permitted to send
newsletters, special email, or update information to registered users.
Personal information may be provided only to registered users on an individual basis if deemed absolutely necessary by Seven Seas
Trading Company, Ltd., Seven Seas History Auction, or in cases where required by law.
"Spamming" or the sending of unsolicited email to registered users is strictly forbidden.
Contacting the Seller: If you receive a winning bid email notification from Seven Seas History Auctions and do not contact seller within 5 days of that notification the item may be relisted in the auction at the seller's discretion. Seven Seas History Auctions may no longer honor any future bids made by you.

auction items only. By history related we mean anything collectible that is of a
historical nature. Some examples of historical time periods are: Prehistoric, Ancient Egyptian, Roman, Greek,
Celtic, Byzantine, Pre-Columbian, Middle Ages, Colonial America, Civil War, World Wars I & II, Space exploration, etc.
This includes, but is not limited to, books, newspapers, letters, weapons (ancient or
antique only), ephemera, coins, documents, autographs, art, artifacts, utilitarian items, photos, etc.
Seven Seas History Auction reserves the right to remove any item(s) not deemed historical in nature.
The posting of any item(s) considered illegal is strictly prohibited.
All items must be, to the best of your knowledge, authentic unless otherwise stated. Any user found
to intentionally misrepresent or mislead a bidder can be removed from future use of this auction service.
Complaints about fraud often tend to be misunderstandings about the
product condition, shipping amount, etc. You should clarify any concerns before you bid. Unfortunately,
fraud is a reality of doing business, both on and off the internet. You should report
any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities if it happens to you.
Please note: You are allowed to put links in your description area for other items or information you wish to sell. All we ask is that you be reasonable about the size of your description. Please, NO animated gifs of bunny rabbits etc... The quicker your page loads, the quicker potential bidders can view your offerings and the more likely it will attract more bidders.
Users: Users may not interfere with the normal operation of this service. All
users agree not to disrupt any auction in progress including the emailing of any seller or bidder
with the intention of circumventing the normal bidding process. Objectionable material will not be posted
by any person using this service and all users agree not to transmit any viruses, trojan horses, worms,
timebombs, cancelbots, or any other programming that may damage, interfere with, or intercept any
data of Seven Seas History Auction or any of its users.
Users may not manipulate the price of any posted auction. Shill bidding is prohibited.
Users agree to refrain from "spamming" or the sending of unsolicited email to registered users.
It is recommended that email from interested bidders be answered in a timely manner.
Feedback Manipulation is strictly forbidden. This includes the intentional leaving of feedback by yourself, or others connected to you, in order to enhance your rating; the intentional leaving of negative feedback under an alias user name; and the leaving of negative feedback for matters unrelated to the transaction.
Seven Seas History Auctions accepts no liability on items placed or sold through this auction. Arrangements must be made between buyer and seller for shipping and payment at their own risk
ADDING PICTURES: Items with pictures generally get 2-3 times as many hits as items without pictures. You can add a picture with the item that you put up for bid by entering the full URL of its location on your site:

The picture can be in a .gif or .jpg format and should not be bigger than 200 x 200 pixels. We strongly recommend that all images be reduced in memory to less than 75K. This allows for quicker viewing and can be accomplished with most photo-editing programs.
